Is the property pet friendly? The property offers a fully fenced backyard containing a grassed area suitable for a small dog. The property does not allow pets inside.

How do I make a booking? You can contact us via email, phone, facebook, or simply fill out our request form

Do I get a refund if I cancel my booking? All monies paid are non-refundable.  However, in exceptional circumstances, if you cancel or fail to use your  booking, a refund may be payable (after a deduction of $140.00 administration fee) if the accommodation is able to re-booked for the same period.

Will I have to pay a security deposit? Yes, a security bond of $1000 will be taken at time of booking.

Do you have a minimum nights stay? Yes, we have a minimum of 2 nights stay in off-season and 5 nights minimum stay in peak season

What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am

What do I do if we have excess rubbish at the house? It is your responsibility to have excess rubbish removed or we can arrange this for you at a fee of $50

Can I smoke at the property? Sea dream is a non smoking premises.  A $250 reinstatement fee will be applied if the property is found to have been smoked in

Is a barking dog tolerated? Safety beach is a quiet neighbourhood , a barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the termination of your booking
